A discipline she brought to Israel
Tami began her career in interior design before turning, in the late 1970s, to image, communication and international etiquette. She trained under the late Hanna Bavly, the pioneer who taught protocol and manners to Israel's Foreign Ministry. In 1985 she founded the Institute for Personal Image, Communication, Manners & International Etiquette — the first of its kind in the country — and has led it ever since, establishing manners and protocol as an integral part of business, organizational and diplomatic strategy.
Cross-cultural expertise · IBLCode
Tami developed the IBLCode – International Business Language Code, a practical method for cross-cultural business encounters, with tools tailored to working with many countries.
She trains senior executives, technical teams, and professionals across the defense, medical, high-tech and hospitality industries — giving them clear tools for respectful conduct, precise communication and a deep understanding of local norms.
Protocol, ceremonies and official representation
For years, Tami has guided organizations, delegations and official representatives: government ministries, diplomatic missions, academic faculty, large corporations, government companies and more. She leads workshops on:
